I know how it goes. You wake up, drink 3 cups of coffee and feel amazing – for all of 4 hours. Then, comes the crash and the rest of your day you felt worse than before. Or, if you are sensitive to certain coffee brands like I am, I just get jittery with no actual energy boost. Let me tell you how these energy supplements can help you live a better life, k?

When I say energy supplements can help you live a better life, I truly mean that. So many of us complain about “not having enough time” when really, we don’t have enough energy.

I would be lying my face off if I said I didn’t still have coffee in the morning. What can I say? I love the taste. The difference now is that I don’t use it for energy.

There are two different types of energy supplements I have been loving lately. Both are from the same amazing brand, SBR Nutrition. 1. Vitamin B12

My boyfriend is obsessed with this one. He got one for himself as soon as I started using it because he often works 14-hour shifts, and half a syringe keeps him going all day.

This. Stuff. Is. Life!!! I have anxiety, which most of you already know about. Ashwagandha is known to be an all-natural anxiety relief supplement. Which, ya girl needs. Not only does it help reduce your stress levels, but it also gives you a boost of energy!

I’ve been trying a new CBD oil and I mean I like it – but it definitely doesn’t give me energy. This is the only supplement that I know of that gives you an energy boost as well as anxiety relief. According to Healthline, ashwagandha also can reduce blood sugar levels, reduce symptoms of depression, reduce inflammation, and 9 other awesome benefits!

I’d also like to mention that liquid absorbs in your body more quickly and efficiently than a pill form does. All you have to do is drop half a syringe under your tongue and you will feel the difference within minutes! If you have celiac disease like I do, then sublingual supplements work best because our villi (which absorbs nutrients) can be damaged, therefore not absorbed efficiently.
