I’m definitely one of those people who need something sweet after eating something savory. I absolutely love cookies, but unfortunately, I can’t have them every day of my life.
These cookies are so easy to make and actually good for you! If you have a mini cookie binge, you actually won’t destroy your progress. How does that sound?

3 Ingredient Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe, mashed bananas
  • 1 1/2 cups oats
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients together.
  3. Spray cookie sheet with olive oil.
  4. Place 2 inch sized balls of "dough". (Keep in mind that there are no rising ingredients in these cookies, so make sure to form them into a cookie shape.)

Chocolate frosting:
• 1/2 scoop vegan meal replacement shake
• 1 teaspoon melted coconut oil
• 3 tablespoons water

Mix together and spread on baked cookies!
