It’s weird, I have never been much of a cake person. When it comes to sweets my favorites have always been cheesecake, ice cream, and especially, pie!

As a lot of you know, I have been trying to be a little more health conscious. Finding a good pie that’s actually good for you can be challenging, so I wanted to create something that was not only delicious but actually good for you!

This pie is incredibly easy to make and so good! It’s so indulgent that it’s hard to believe it’s actually healthy.

Healthy chocolate peanut butter banana pie. Vegan, gluten free, sugar free and dairy free.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie – Gluten-Free, Sugar-Free and Vegan

Ingredients

  • 1 C peanut butter (ideally, organic)
  • 3 medium ripe bananas
  • 3 TBSP almond milk
  • 2 TSP vanilla extract
  • 1 TBSP cocoa powder
  • 1/4 TSP salt
  • Optional (but recommended):
  • 1/2 C mini dark chocolate chips
  • Would also be good with crushed nuts!

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients (besides toppings) in a food processor.
  2. Pour mixture over pie crust.
  3. Cover with 1/2 C mini dark chocolate chips.
  4. Place in freezer and allow it to chill for at least 3 hours.
  5. Let sit for 5-10 mins and serve!

And that’s it! Super quick to whip up if you’re patient enough to wait for the mixture to set. 😉 You are going to be shocked at how incredible this pie tastes! It’s 100% boyfriend approved. He was blown away!
