My Anxiety Journey

When I was first diagnosed with anxiety, I thought something was wrong with my heart.

I struggled to work because of my random panic attacks, dizzy spells, and intense pain in my head.

Although I had multiple symptoms, I was in denial it could be anxiety. Wait, everyone feels this way…. don’t they?

Turns out, they don’t.

Us with anxiety, we process life differently. Our brains take over and feed us negative thoughts.
