Okay you guys, this one just came to me!
(I called this “Blueberry Acai” because that’s the flavor I chose, but there’s other options depending on your taste!)
White Cherry Keto Tequila Collins, anyone?
I’ve been pondering about keto friendly alcoholic beverages. (Yes, those are the things I think about in my free time.)
Anyway! I was making myself a little drink and thought “Hey! I could totally add tequila to this and make it an official cocktail!” So, I searched the internet to see if there was a non-keto beverage that I was mimicking, and the Tequila Collins was the closest so let’s just call it that. Plus “Keto Tequila Collins” sounds so sophisticated.
Moving along, I cannot tell you how excited I am about this beverage! It’s keto friendly, has 0 carbs, 0 sugars and all the flavor! And it’s only 3, easy ingredients! (4 if you include a fancy shmancy lime wedge)

Ingredients:
- 1 can of La Croix carbonated water (I used lime)
- A couple drops of “skinny girl” water enhancer or another keto-friendly water enhancer of choice
- A splash (or 2) of tequila
& garnish with a lime if that’s your thing!

So. Simple.
I have no idea how I didn’t think of this before, but I’m so happy that I have now! This is my new go to for any time I want to have a little fun and not completely destroy my hard work.
Plus it’s the 4th of July, a girl has to drink! It’s for America!
