“I Am Enough” is a practice I use when I am feeling stressed, overwhelmed or simply out of alignment. When I am in a negative space, I turn to this ritual and it immediately makes me feel better.
I see you girl, and you’re not alone. So many of us struggle with stress and anxiety on a daily basis. This is why it’s so important to have a go-to practice to get you back in a positive space as soon as possible.

How It Works
This is completely up to you! You can turn this into a daily activity or turn to it in times of stress. You can choose how much time to spend in one area, as there’s plenty of affirmations and journal prompts to keep you busy.
I personally find the best way is to first choose a few journal prompts and dig really deep. Empty your mind onto the paper as much as you can. Then, turn on the guided meditation. I created this meditation to relax you and bring you back into alignment. After you’ve done those 2 things, you should feel 90% better. Finish the practice by exclaiming proudly 1-2 of the affirmations as many times as you need to!
