90 Second Microwave Keto Biscuits

I have been searching the internet trying to find a decent keto biscuit recipe! One of my friends told me about 90 second keto bread, so I started experimenting! The original recipe was pretty good, but I wanted to see if I could tweak it just a bit to be even better and more versatile!

There’s actually 2 versions of this that I use depending on what you’re craving:

  1. Garlic Biscuit
  2. Cinnamon Biscuit

What you’ll need for garlic biscuits:

What you’ll need for cinnamon biscuits:

Instructions for both:

  1.  Heat 1 TBSP butter in a standard mug until it melts.
  2.  Mix in the egg, and mix in either water, almond milk, or garlic (depending on which recipe you’re using)
  3. Add in the coconut flour, baking powder, vanilla, and seasonings
  4. Pat down dough as much as you can to get rid of any air bubbles
  5. Microwave for 90 seconds

And you’re done! Super easy to make, and pretty delicious for coming out of a microwave.

I love to make breakfast sandwiches with my garlic biscuit recipe! Simply cut your biscuit in half, butter each side, layer on some cheese, a couple strips of bacon, avocado and an egg!

The cinnamon recipe goes really well with nut butters or a cinnamon butter mixture! (I sometimes blend 1/4 cup cottage cheese, 1 TSP of monk fruit, and 1/4 tsp of cinnamon to make a cream cheese type frosting!)
