HA! If only 1 year ago Brandy knew what she was in for when she signed up for this program.
I’ve been reading “Better Than Before” and she says to create good habits, you have to at least do something small each day. So for example, a lot of us fall off the wagon after illnesses or some other thing that makes us stop our routine.Promise yourself you’ll do 5 minutes. Maybe you’ll stop at 5 minutes, and maybe you’ll feel so damn good that you keep going! Just keep forming the habit.They say it takes 21 days to break a habit, so I’m doing the 21 Day Fix again to reestablish the good, healthy habits that I’ve let go of. #backtothebasics
