That’s a question I find myself asking a lot.
I’ve had some low points in my life. I was tired of being broke, tired of being worn out, tired of looking in the mirror and feeling ashamed, tired of the way I talked to myself, tired of not feeling passionate, tired of never having energy and really – tired of being tired.
“Where do you see yourself in 5 years, and what are you going to do to get there?” was something I asked at the beginning of my fitness/coaching journey.
We all know WHAT we want.
Money, happiness, fulfilment.
Most of us don’t know how to get there or frankly if a life by design is even a possibility.
I’m living breathing proof that it is possible. I started working out. I started eating better. I started filling my brain with personal development.
I’m healthier. More confident. Resilient.
& most importantly, HAPPY!
After awhile of working on myself, I started teaching others how to do the same thing.
