Chili is one of my FAVORITE things. Leftover chili is even better. 😍
Here’s how I make mine!
1lb ground turkey
1 medium onion
1 can black beans
1 can pinto beans
1 can tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
Beef broth depending on how you prefer consistency
2TBs onion powder
1 garlic clove
1 TBS red chili pepper flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
Start by heating up beans, tomatoes, and broth. While that’s heating up, sautee the onion (chopped) with garlic. Add in the ground turkey and brown.
Once the bean and tomato mixture begins to simmer, add in the tomato paste, meat and onions. Mix together, and simmer for about 20 minutes.
Top with a sprinkle of cheese and a dollop of plain Greek yogurt!
